HomeRun is an exciting website that offers one great local deal every day at an unbeatable price. These deals are achieved through the power of group buying. I’m not sure I want to use the full value of my HomeRun voucher in one visit. Can I save some for later?
We like to think of HomeRuns as the dessert you enjoy in the moment, savoring each bite. That means that usually you won’t have any left for later. Translation: live life to the fullest as HomeRuns are good for one visit only (unless otherwise specified).
I just purchased a HomeRun and I want to use it now, now, now. Can I?
It depends. If your HomeRun is not tied to a specific date of use (make sure to check the Fine Print), you are wide open to use your voucher whenever you want. That being said, you might want to wait a day or two to avoid the crowds of other HomeRun users who are eager to get in on the game. If your HomeRun is for a restaurant or other location that takes reservations, make sure to plan ahead to make sure you get a time that works for your schedule. Please also note that if the offer is an Avalanche, it will not be available until the end of the day, when the price has dropped to its lowest point.
Wait… I can’t print my HomeRun. What’s going on?
In the rare instance that your HomeRun is not immediately ready for print when the deal is over, we’ll email it to you within an hour or two.
I have another offer for the same place as the HomeRun I just purchased. Can I use both at the same time?
Would you take two people on the same date? (Answer void if you live in Utah.) Your HomeRun is good enough to stand alone. Every once in awhile one of our merchants will let you bring additional discounts, but unless we tell you otherwise, save those other offers at home in the coupon drawer where they belong.
This HomeRun would make a great gift. Is that cool?
Yes, you can give your HomeRun to whomever you want. Soon, we’ll have a gifting option so you can share the wealth via email with a special message.
My HomeRun is for a restaurant. Can I use this for alcohol?
As long as you’re 21, yes… unless we tell you that the offer doesn’t include alcohol. In which case, you can always use one of our other offers to grab a quick drink before or after dinner.
My HomeRun is for a restaurant. Will this include tax and tip?
Our restaurant deals never include tax and tip. By the way, when you’re tipping, make sure to tip on the pre-HomeRun amount.
I'm not getting your emails or they go to spam. How can I fix this?

I see Credit and Points for my account. What are those?
Credit is the equivalent of 'cash'
you can use on the site towards any purchase. You get Credit when you invite new users, or get 'cash-back' from some of our fun types of deals. Your Credit amount goes up and down as you earn it and spend it.
Your Points make you special.
They mark your achievement within the HomeRun community, and increase as you do more, enjoy more, and share more. As your relationship with HomeRun deepens, you'll see that you get Points for inviting, sharing, buying, and checking in to HomeRun.

will unlock for you. We restrict access to certain offers and present them to our most loyal members. So your Points are part of your reward for participating, and part of the reason to keep coming back.
How safe is my personal and payment information?
HomeRun protects your personal information and never stores your credit card information on our servers as it moves straight to a high-security electronic vault via a safe encrypted channel. You as a user can do your part to maintain safety of your personal information and purchasing history by opting for a strong password containing letters, numbers, and symbols and having sufficient length. If you do your part, HomeRun won't let you down with regard to safety.
I know a business that would be perfect for HomeRun. What do I do?

What are the specific rules for getting Credit from referring users?
Referral Credit is given when a friend clicks your unique link and then signs up and buys The HomeRun Daily Steal* as their first purchase within 24 hours of clicking your link. One minor detail is that your link must be the last one responsible for the purchase. To be absolutely crystal clear, if you were to click two invite links and then sign-up and purchase The Daily Steal within that one-day timeframe, only the last person who invited you would get Credit, not both.
